I re-installed the Arson FCA today, and the crap started all over again, no matter which cascade valve, I swapped them out on the side of the road several times.
As of today, Shane at Wicked is sending me a replacement FCA.

Shane had to wait for a new shipment of FCA's, he Fed Ex'd it to me yesterday, Friday 2/19/10.
Tested it out today, with two different Smarty softwares, 411 and Revo TNT.
All is good! 6k+ @ idle, will jump 1k+ when put in gear, will hold 26k+ with TNT sw7, tm4, tq4, rp1, all the way past 3000+ rpms.
One thing I did notice with the 411 software, 60 mph, 4th gear tc locked, roll into a WOT run, rail pressure would jump to 25k, drop to 20k and hold till 1900 rpm, then jump back to 25k till I let off. I did this several times, same result.
TNT, same scenerio, rail pressure would jump to 26k+ and hold steady to red line. Where the 411 was draining my rail, the TNT produced a slight surge/shudder/flutter, about 1800/1900 rpm and then smooth right out.
Also 411 had a bit higher egt's than the TNT.
Thank You Shane/Wicked Diesel, All issues appear to be solved. Jess
