Intercoolers

Who has the best intercooler for the money. The lowest presure drop? Best effect on egt? Fit and finish. Sperco,BD,ATS,ect.

Banks has the lowest cost compared to the others you have listed. Don't know about the rest of your quesions.

The banks kit is probably the best bang for the buck as a complete system.

I have a hard time buying anything from banks. Back when i first discovered diesels. I called banks about a part that was in one of there kits. They would not sell just that part and the sales man called me a bottom feeder because i didn't feel i needed all the parts to make it work. Well i have learned to avoid people that wont give any respect. I know they have most likely changed but they have struck out with me.

Well i have a BD and i balloned both the intake and outlet sides of it. And then it cracked on the welds for the inlet and outlet. Ill see how the warranty replacement holds up. So right now id say stay away from bd, unless this is one in a million kinda thing.
