It looks easy enough to install. But do I have disconect the A/c thats is hanging off it. Or can I just unbolt and slip in new one

 

unbolt the condensor and twist is up to the passengers side. there are short lengths of rubber hoses there for movement.

 

just swing the AC condenser up out of the way..you can ziptie it out of the way if you want....just be careful not to kink or tweak the lines..in other word no you do not have to discharge the AC to install a bigger IC
