Intake Questions

I have been looking at getting an intake and have noticed that some go from 03-05 modle years and others got from 03-07. So my questions is is there any difference in the 07 from the 03's? Will a intake from any of these years fit the 07's?

I was looking at the Work horse intake.

Thanks.

as long as your truck is a 5.9 with that work horse it should all be the same. I ran a volant and it didnt fit to well on my 06. I never could get the correct part numbers for it. you can build an air intake pretty cheap. get some 4" rubber elbows and a section of 4" exhaust. then some type of air filter that will work.

I just installed the workhorse on my truck, but haven't driven it yet. It took half an hour to install and looks great.

AEM part # 21-9211 fits a 07.
Got mine from Xtreme diesel in less than a week.
Just got done installing.
60 minutes start to finish including taking pictures and talkin on the phone.
Excellently engineered kit with comprehensive instructions.
Fit and assembly was flawless and everything you need is included.
Whistles like a deuce and a half now

Good that is the one that I just ordered from www.thoroughbreddiesel.com

350 shipped for the polished one.

So the whistle is noticably different and louder?

Any noticable performance gains?

How was the fit and finish of the install?

Sorry for the questions I am just ready for it to be here. Labor day weekend probly wont see it till wed.
