Hey Jrussell, can you bog yours down even at higher boost levels (over 30 PSI)? Maybe I need more water because I know I can crank mine up all the way and as long as its over 15 PSI boost it will not act up. Maybe I will call and get one of those big honkin nozzles.

 

I was just barely able to bog mine starting it at 15psi, but that was with a 12V 1st gen. I usually ran it starting at 18-20psi and then it wouldn't bog.

It sounds like your's is right on the edge...which is exactly where you want it. You could always try a larger nozzle since they're easy to change, but I think that will reduce system pressures and then it won't atomize as well.

 

Although not a cooling mist controller, it is an option for mounting.
