Never heard of an injector 'rattling'. Could you please elaborate on what you mean by 'rattle'. Can you hear this noise inside the cab while driving? Does the noise change with engine speed or load? How do you know this noise is coming from the injectors or not some other engine component? Is it only one injector making the noise, or all of them?

It almost sounds like timing rattle I have reflashed stock file too the truck and it’s still there just not as bad the rattle started 3-4 days after I put the truck back together the truck seems too rattle under load at cruising speeds I can’t hear it but pulling out from a dead stop if I roll into it heavy it rattles a good bit till it hits boat then disappears no codes and no hard starts truck has good power as well. I’ve been doing research on forums and stuff for weeks and it seems to be that’s what’s rattling as well and I hear it in the cab warmers days it’s not near as bad

It would help if we knew exactly what year and model your truck is. Add it to your signature.

Am going to make a guess here. It sort of sounds like your truck under some load conditions is pinging (detonation) like a gas engine Do you know about pinging and is this the sound that you are hearing?

You said: "after I put the truck back together". What did you take apart that needed to be put back together? Anything that could have caused an inadvertent advance in the timing? If this only occurred after you did 'something', then reading between the lines, you caused the problem. Think back and consider anything that you may have done that would have caused the problem.

Once you solve this puzzle, let us know what the cause and fix is so that we can all learn.
