No, but it's really not that bad. If you buy the DDP injector nozzles you gat a special "holder" that makes life easy.

There easy, just make sure you get new fuel connectors, there the ones that deliver the fuel to the injector through the head, there only made to be used one time.

Go over to TDR or search the web, their is a complete install manual with pics out their that is great. You do not need to replace connector tubes, they are reusable. But you should replace the copper washers that seal the injector.

I would change the connector tube if there new injectors, the tubes crush and form to the injector, and can only be used on the injector that it came off of, i work for Cummins and the pressure is to high and it will eventually leak there just like a crush washer, and if leaks it will lead to burnt pistons and valves.

First time I have ever heard that, not saying its not true just saying alot of people would need to change the way they install injectors including me. I dont even know what connector tubes would run, and lord knows how long it would take to get them.

The only time the injector tubes need replacing is if they were overtorqued. If you install them correctly within torque specs and they werent damaged already there is no reason to replace them.

However the washers should be replaced everytime, but must include them with the nozzles or injectors.

Ya Cummins wont even let us replace the injectors with out the new connector tube, i figured i would tell yall, it probally would be ok to reuse them once and make sure you torque them properly, the factory warned us about leaks that might happen if you reuse the connector tubes.
