Its not directly linked to truck performance, but instead to our ability to speed the injector repair processing up. Back last winter we took delivery of some new ultrasonic cleaning and process drying equipment. We have used industrial ultrasonics since 2002, but we have really stepped the horsepower up now.

We can now take a nasty, oily, greasy set of injectors and have them completely cleaned, rinsed and force air dried all using automated processes. Cycle time is under 20 minutes for all 3. We did some of the PLC control here in house and had UPCORP supply the ultrasonic generators, transducers, tanks and diaphragms.

In addition to the ability to clean injectors we also have an ultrasonic tank large enough ( 140 gallons ) to clean engine blocks, cranks, cylinder heads, etc. Over 8000 watts of serious cleaning power!!!!
