If your stuck on a programmer, most will say Smarty, Smarty Jr. is about $500. If your not wanting to go crazy (yet) go with some of Quadzilla products, or find a used Edge Juice/Attitude in the classifides. That way you have gauges with the box!

Only one thing you need to know about programmers-

You need a Smarty. Don't bother with anything else...

I'm getting my second one two weeks from now!

A used edge juice/attitude, is what I chose for my truck. They stand behind theyre products, and dont ask for proof of purchase from an "authorized dealer". Anyway, ..best $450 Ive spent on it, yet.

I've got the predator and i am really happy with it. It's not as fancy as a smarty, but for the money you can't beat it! Thats just my opinion though.

Go the extra distance and spring for the Smarty. Its very flexible and when you're ready for more power the Smarty is ready to give it to you.

I'd love to have a Smarty, but I cant convince myself its worth the price tag when the predator does everything I want. Im thinking the newest round of tunes will convince me otherwise. No smoke and big power is what Im after. Getting rid of the speedo garbage and the rpm governor would be nice also.
