I got a great deal on 80hp injectors on the new stainless injector bodies from II. However I am worried because I can't find any mention of 80hp II injectors anywhere. I know the tips are different for the stainless bodies so maybe it is a new product. I tried to argue with Cody that I needed bigger injectors but he assured me that I would be most happy with the 80hp. Less smoke, good power and better fuel economy, so I will let you all know when I get them installed. I really wanted to do a set of Flux 2.5's but I think that these will work fine and I feel good about getting new stainless bodies.

I got jumped on by a lot of people on the forum when I mentioned the last deal II gave me. If you are interested give Cody at II a call and get the price, it was quite a bit cheaper than what the web page says. Good Luck, Tom J.

Can't figure why anyone would "jump" on you for mentioning a purchase?

 

The reason that people don't like you mentioning prices is that if you go to the manufacturer and demand a certain price because you saw it on the forums it could cause an issue. I don't know if the price I got was a special price because thet just happened to have an extra set or just felt good that day or maybe it is just the new price. I will PM you. Thanks, Tom J.

 

I think 80 hp would be ideal for a 62. I had a 62 with 100's and it was getting hot sometimes. I like my II nozzles.
