ideal tire size

what is the ideal tire size to mount on stock rims, for best for best 1/4 mile time launching in 4 wheel drive?

you don't say what rear end you have. With 3.73 I'd say 33"; with 4.10 I'd say 35" (Both of those being tallest I'd use) Of course stock will launch the best, but leave you wanting a little at the end.

The 33 basically equates to a 285/70-17. I'm happy with mine.
