First off, are you sure you have 3:55s? They were not available in an 04 from the factory. Only 3:73s and 4:10s. Sorry but I'm not sure about the stacking question with that particular module. I do know that it does matter which box is hooked up first so do a search on powerpup and I'd bet you'll find your answer if nobody else chimes in.....

the sticker in the glovebox says axle ratio 3:55 coul it be a misprint?
my stacking question is do I download a 2nd box into my truck computer and does it recognize the pup and the 2nd box and work them together?what about the plugins in the engine bay?since the pup allready uses the plugs? confused.....

You can't "download" a second program into the computer. You can stack a performance box like TST, Edge Juice, Edge EZ or other performance boxes. They are not downloaders. They are external computer modules that plug into varius engine controllers and/or the computer itself and modify programming between the ECM and the varius controllers to increase performance.

As stated above, you don't "stack" per se with the BDDL. It is downloaded into the ECM. If you really think you want to add more "umph" to the DL'er, the RAMifier is great IMHO.

I could be wrong but I was pretty sure 3:55s were no longer available starting in 03. You may want to check the axle tag to be sure.....

thanks, now I understand stacking,I looked and found no axle tags,I want to put 38's but I still need power to tow my bobcat and mini excavator.I did 105 mph towing my bobcat yesterday just to see what she can do, plenty left. What a huge difference from my 99 superduty.I love my truck.Maybe v.b. and t.c. next or should I just buy a aftermarket trans now.I want big power but still hold together.
