I usually check once a week and change it once a month. Because I drive about 5000 miles a month

The only time I check my oil is just before I change it. And right after I change it to be sure it is on full. So I check it every 7-8 thousand miles.

As part of the check list for the truck I drove at work, C 8500 w CAT engine, it was required to check ALL fluids ,as part of a safety checklist, at the start of shift.
After 40some years of doing this, its kinda second nature.
Besides, spending 40000 or so for a truck an not taking the time to check the vitals on it is kinda assanine IMHO.

Once a week. I usually drive it about 3 times a week thats pretty good. Considering the location of the dipstick and use of a paper towel, I really think you're doing it wrong if you get very dirty at all.

Will do, and hopefully it will be a "Yay, they fixed my leaking injectors under warranty and my milegae is finally back up where it should be!"
Instead of "Ok, who has the hookup on some Flux or DDP injectors?"
