How many miles with your smarty
great, im pretty sure i want the Original smarty not the jr. because i have some plans down the road for the tranny and i might as well get it instead of buying the jr now and the other one down the road. Just need to save up for gauges and hopefully will be in business.
Thanks alot guys
Thanks alot guys
Not necissarily, but that's the beauty of smarty, they constantly update the software....the race programs will probably smoke more, and it wouldn't be unexpected if there were a w/smoke option at some point?? Even on the current software release, you can get it to smoke, it's just happens on purpose, not on accident.
Smarty jr has 3 levels that are basically Smarty sr sw1, sw3, and sw5. Level 5 is an awesome tune that will still be somewhat safe for towing (as long as you're not ******* it)but is mainly a performance level. SW 3 is the primary tow level for both autos and standards.
its good for a fat 100hp.
my truck has over 145k on the clock, close to 30k w/ the smarty stuck on #9. the only times its not on #9 is when theres a new beta that bob/marco needs feedback on.
smarty jr files , you realy have to try to get smoke for it to smoke.
guys that want smoke for the sake of smokedont know what there missing. id rather convert all them partialy burnt hydrocarbons into hp!
I've had the Smarty since I got the truck at about 17,500 mi. I've upped the SW to #7 for the last 2000 mi. since I got the transmission upgrage (TC, VB, etc) I reommend it highly! Total miles now about 29,000
