how many miles on fuel pressure boxes

hi guys, just curious if those of you that have fuel boxes on their
trucks can give me an idea of how long or how many trouble free miles you have gone........i have a stg3 predator, and the more guys i talk to around here say that it is only a matter of time before i hurt my truck. i am not talking about high egt damage[ i have gauges] rather about fuel rails letting go, or damaging the injectors themselves because of excessive fuel pressures.

so those of you running high pressure fuel rail boxes,[ which is just about all of them],my question is, HOW'S IT GOING? also, what is the stock fuel
injector pressure rated at? is the pred 3 that excessive?
i realize there is lots of info on this topic, just looking for some quick info and more peace of mind.....i dont want to sacrifice my engine over 100 extra ponies!!!!!!! thinkin mabe of sending the pred back to the store.,.....

You may want to change your thread title to "how many miles on PRESSURE boxes".

I put about 2000 miles on a Predator Stage II(85hp/160fpt). Took it off to have TSB done. The truck has developed rough idle and injector knock/noise at idle. Going to leave it off until I correct/find out about the noises.

I never had any problems with the box. It definitely provided additional RWHP. I am afraid that it is just enough to cause problems with stock engine and trans parts.

I installed my banks sixgun/speed loader at about 38,000 and now i have almost 70,000 on my 03/ 3500 single axel and i run it hard. i pull a 32ft vintage car trailer loaded to 16,000lbs. My trans is a 47re and i have not had any problems, I think what really helped out this truck was when i installed a FASS fuel system it woke this truck rite up. if your going to bomb your truck, make sure you have plenty of fuel pressure.

I don't think the boxes will hurt the rail or injectors as much as dirty fuel will. I don't think out stock fuel filters are cutting it and most of the problems we are seeing with injectors and knocking are caused by dirty fuel and not pressure boxes.

The boxes seem harder on the turbos than anything else.
