Should a shop charge for dropping out a axle,


put in a new axle (assembling the axle fron scratch) (gears, shafts, hubs, joints, etc)..

and re-installing the new axle?

I would guess 10 hours roughly.

 

thats not bad.

so if the guy charges 80/hr its 800 bucks..

 

Front or rear?? Makes a big difference.

 

front, rear would be easy!
