I'm trying to install all my guages, but I cant figure out how to get the dash apart (around the cig lighter and the dash around the speedo) Please help, its dark and my truck is in pieces?

What year? If it's 03-05 just take out the screw under the trash bag holder and then the whole center piece will just pull away from the dash. It's just held in by clips. 06-07 I am sorry but I can't help you there as I've never opened one up.

If it's an 06 start at the bottom in the cup holder section, pull the rubber cup holders out and the the little tray. There are some screws holding the frame portion of the rest of it in, take those out remove the hard plastic frame portion, take out the 2 screws near the bottom pointing towars the firewall, remove that piece, it has some tabs that hold it in at the top, then there are 2 screws going straight up just under the heater controls that hold the center piece in, then it snaps out. The 06 takes a lot longer to remove than the prior years.
