what have we done?

we have tested and helped better the following:

1 II modded cp3
2 II turbo's
3 modded relief valves(29kpsi)
4 VA modules
5 PPE programmers
6 "NEW"diablo sport programmers
7 "NEW" II injectors
8 modified transfer tubes for CR
9 better filtration for the fass fuel systems
10 testing the II duel feed lines

and multiple other things have been done that are not going to be mentioned at this time, i hope this is enough for you. i only have one company that i dont clearly understand. this is because of there lack of customer service towards me personally---thats it.

i would say we are leading in testing and design if anything!

Now i just need to find a boar hog with **** and i think i will have heard/seen it all. Haha, even things you have had in your signature show you dont have a clue. I guess the world is full of salesman, it is just a shame that good people are conned and pulled down in the process of someone being FOS. Hope to see you at Spring Fling 07, i am anxious to finally see your truck in action (on the dyno) and being able to back up everything that has ever been said about it.

"tested and helped better "??? I asked what have you come up with. You seem to have a real chip on your shoulder about the smarty now you have a comment about a hi-perfomance rail. oh by the way I love that picture of your truck on a rollback

There was a REALLY FUNNY thread on tdr were the ngm guys poked their head in and started spouting off as usual and EVERYONE chimed in to tell them what they thought of them as people and their "company". It was great.

Right around that time Wade started posting on here...

no chip just wanted to get a custom tune, and i was ignored. smarty works well, i just did'nt get the pm's or calls returned like i expected a company like smarty to do.

and the fuel rail was only a heads up. there were others who had tryed to do the same and found out the hard way.

NGM, when you have problems getting along with people, or people don't "cooperate" with you, it's not the other people that are the issue...

YOU are the common denominator in all your problems.

Everyone keeps trying to tell you that it isn't wise to talk a big game when you don't back it up. The way you present yourself on here is not helping your cause, or your company.

I have never spoken to you in person. The ONLY things I know about you are from the posts you make on the various forums. You are not doing yourself any favors, and you're certainly not doing your parts suppliers any favors. My natural reaction to any products you endorse is to want to avoid them...

I'm honestly not trying to be rude or harsh. I am just trying to tell you how you "come across" to neutral people who read on these forums. Take a deep breath, tone it down a notch, and let your performance do the talking. That is what people will respect and recognize.

This is just my opinion.

Chris

NGM: I think the constant flings at Bob & Marco tend to irritate a lot of people on these boards. Many (the majority of the people here) appreciate all that Marco & Bob have done for us via the smarty, the fact that they participate on these boards, and are generally very involved vendors.

MADS is not a huge company that can cater to everyone's individual needs. I've asked for a modified tune to limit the aftermarket turbo software to 38-40 psi and i didnt get it. I didnt really expect too, becasue im just 1 person of the 1000's on these boards, am not a friend or relative, or connected racer / sled puller, and they don't owe me anything special...I'M OK WITH THAT....it doesn't mean that their product / service / supoort is anything less than excellent, it means that they have much to do for the masses and a business to run.

I can only imagine the number of variations of software that has to be modified every time there's a chrysler flash, upkeep for new model years....e.g. 07, 07+5, new features such as the Hot Smarty discussed in this thread....why on earth would they create a one off for someone they don't know, and then have to perform the upkeep on even more software???

By the way, if you don't want to get ignored by others, treat them with respect, common curtisy, and the way you yourself wish to be treated.

Rant over. NGM, trying not to bash, just sharing the perspective from a 3rd party viewpoint.

and i do understand what you are saying, but if i had only gotten a responce from them there would not been a word out of my mouth about it. but instead they desided to ignore my pm's and posts and calls for 4 + months.
i think there is an issue other than mine here, but it's all under the bridge now.
