holset super 40 turbo, good or bad?

Great turbo!
I am hearing reports of 1800hp+ with this beast.
Spool-up is lightning fast, no lag, low egt's, and its tougher than any other turbo ever made.
Price is low too! I hear about $199
I am thinking about running one on my John Deere 115 Super lawn tractor (42" Edge Deck)
Right now its stock but after I get over 8 hours on the clock, I am thinking about O ringing the head and doing some custom exhaust work to it. I might even change out the Kohler air filter for the HiPo K&N.
Any thoughts on this?
Anyone have info on how the spool up of the SUPER 40 will be on my Kohler 18 horse?
