well i have had my pump on for 5 days and its leaking out of the lil hole just below the brass thing on the back side of the pump. does ayone know what caused this to happen.i wired mine to turn on with the factory pump but i found a open fuse in the fuse boxs. when i let it warm the fuel up it still runs, is that bad? could i have got a bad one?

I'm not sure, but did you remove the inlet brass screen on the bottom of the pump, did you put it back together right? Maybe someone can jump in and help you.

i took the screen out and am sure i put it back together right. now its leaky like a u know what.i was think maybe the arm up cycle did it. i dont know if the factory lift pump turns on during the cycle or not, i have mone wired so when the key goes to aux it turns on.

You should change that so it comes on and off with the stock pump. The stock pump turns off when starting to help prevent hard starts.

I doubt that would make it leak, but you never know.

I think there is a mechanism that blocks that port off, are you sure you got it back together right? I've had a few apart, but it's been a while so I could be wrong.

am sure. i think am just going to order a seal kit for it. does anyone know what the standard head is on the back of the pump. is it for pressure? thank for the help.

he tied in to the stock lift pump wiring. that what i did but i didnt think it would matter.

ok got it installed and on wot my cel still comes on with the p0148 fuel delivery code i was hoping this would fix it

i do get it. maybe some thing to do with the quad box? i know mine start to come apart and i had to fix it. maybe check the wire the plug into the box. just a thought

Maybe it's a CP3 issue or something isn't right with your DIY FCA mod?
