holley blue
What I've heard
I don't run that pump but what I heard was they don't hold up. Several guys have said to be safe you need to change it out about every year. I suppose at their price it would take you 5 or 6 years to pay for a FASS or Air Dog. Of course they do other things beside provide fuel delivery.
I have not heard of these failures of the Holley Blue, at least not on a 2nd gen.
I had over 50K on mine and its still going strong since I sold the truck a yr ago.
I did have failures with Carter, Holley Black and PE pumps.
Maybe I'll have different results with the Holley Blue on this 04.

These pumps are pushers only and are supposed to be gravity fed, this may be part of why some people have problems with them. I run mine in conjunction with my stock lp. I mounted mine just ahead of the tank and took the stock fuel line cut it and bent it clear down by the bottom of the tank to help with the gravity feed. I also built in a bypass with a one way valve in case the holley ever dies the stock lp won't be affected by the blocked passage way of the dead pump.
