If I remember right the 341 is what was OEM/stock on the 03/04 trucks.
It is smaller than your stock 06 turbo that is an HE351CW.
The difference with your current turbo is that yours has a 62mm compressor wheel and a command valve wastegate setup. The 341 has a manual wastegate and smaller 56mm compressor wheel.
PS to answer your question about 375rwhp. Where as you can squeeze a hot 475rwhp out of your stocker.
