Hit the track thanks smarty tnt! VIDEO
Well went to the track last week to test out the TNT tune best time was 13.473 @ 100.48 mph. I think that is a very respectable time with a stock turbo and sticks. I'll post the video of my second best run level 7, tq4, rp3, wg off. That poor mustang had no chance! The TNT cut 3 tenths off my last times. RP was over 22k the whole run but the lift pressure went down to about 4psi. Was leaving in 4wd about 14psi launch about all 60' times were 1.91. I think its time for a bigger turbo.

I have the SPS62 and I think either would make a great turbo for you. I think guys here under rate their turbo experience because it was one of the biggest improvements I have done to date. Your engine will really wake up on the top with a SPS or Silver series. The exhaust side of the stockers is so restrictive... you will see what I am talking about when you compare exhaust wheels against each other when you swap them out. Depending on your horsepower goals you may even want to go even bigger or possibly twins. My SPS keeps 550HP nice and cool, I rarely see 1300* anymore.
That sounds about the HP im aiming twards 550-600 nothing more I need a nice dependable daily driver. The egts get a bit hot now by the end of the track. I'd like to keep them in check.

depends on what your goals are, if you want to tow or not ect...I personally would not go smaller than a sps62. Mine spools great with the tnt and its not bad running stock either so I would say the silver 62 would run great with the tnt as long as you don't plan on putting in big stix, if you do you won't have enough air
I had a SPS62 in my '03. It was a great turbo, way better than my SPS66. I would think a Silver 62 would be equally great, if not better for an auto. It's either an II 62 something or a 62/71/13ss when it's turbo time for me.
Nice times. I can't wait to get my tranny done. Only a week or two to go...

Check with John_P on the turbo. He's got an aftermarket and just the Smarty only I believe and made 583 on the dyno on his 3rd gen. With sticks you'll probably bust 600 which would be right where you want to be.
you listed a few settings on the tune, I must have missed the setting on the timing. were there any more settings and what did the egt gauge think of the run? looks real sweet, heading to the track today myself and not sure what to run.
use default timing,tq 4, rp 4, wastegate off, and make sure your speed limiter is set high enough and you should have a good run.
