All of the prostock/top fuel guys I know at the drag strip run Rotella T in their cars believe it or not. Since we carry 3 gallons of the stuff, they use to pick on me about it, saying "I need to change the oil real quick. Can I siphon out a few quarts?" Search some of their drag racing forums. It can be interesting to read what they say about it. Some of those guys probably have us beat in max HP.

I would run Rotella T in my cars all the time. When I would get to about 25,000 miles I would switch to Mobil 1 10w30 full synthetic. It's also a great oil for gas turbo cars due to the reduce sludge characteristics. All that other crap, pennzoil, castrol, havaline, etc. is grocery store oil...LOL

Oil wars, it seems every thread about oil goes to bashing some other brand. Dino oil will work to any achievable HP on these engines, the change frequency may change due to abuse but it will support what you do with the engine.

Valvoline Blue..... Works good for me. I put all the money in other parts and can't afford synthetic. LOL

I do...

Remote oil filter and bypass filter and fumoto drain valve. Easiest maintenance on the truck now.

Total hi-jack but how do you have the bypass set up with the twins? As far as plumbing and such?

It is an Amsoil remote filter kit routed to under the passenger door. FWIW, running Delo 400 right now.
