I am running a prostreet 66/14 but I have a thicker headgasket with o-rings and daily driving is OK, but you do have some lag. The smoke can be quite impressive with moderate size sticks and Smarty. The only complaint I have is that surge is sometimes an issue at low rpm and the temps get kinda high before the turbo spools. Jay

Good info. But on the high temps at low boost- once the turbo lites does the temps come down and allow you to stay in it, or is it to late and the temps just keep getting worse forcing you to lift?? Thanks

I ran the HTT 66/71/16ss for about a year & 1/2 had I think the first one that went out of HTT
if you stick with stock size tires the turbo spools very quick , add 33 inch tire and it slows the bottom end spooling down a lot on the street.
I loved that turbo it worked great , if you have big tires or plan on any towing go with the 13cm housing otherwise the 16cm has sick top end pull
the truck on a dyno jet with 66/71/16 ss 1.8 fluxs , bullydog scary larry / tst -r49 4 inch straight stock exhaust 655rwhp & 1262 ft lbs
( with a blown head gasket )
& it smoked like a coal train I found out later the excessive smoke was due to the blown head gasket

if you insist on running that big of a tire 37 then don't waste time or money on the 16cm housing , get the 13cm housing , in fact I am thinking the 64/65/13ss would be the best overall choice for a single turbo on your set up , those big tires cost power & spool up but of course they do look good on a truck !
the 64/65/13 ss will do you the best for your setup IMHO .........
