so u r saying, just cruising at light throttle u have those egts? wow, either your guage has gone kaput or1 or more sticking injectors? do u have a heatgun? its another way to see were your temps r at. granted its at idle, but if u have stuck open injectors i would think it would show for sure. good luck in finding out whats up.

btw, if u fill out your sig, we can help u more. what year is your truck? is it an early 05? if so your intercooler is plastic and could of cracked. were is your boost at? im just spitballing a little. in retrospect, i dont think u have stuvk injectors cuz to reach those high egts, just cruising, u would think the truck would be accelerating on its own? IDK. curious

Sounds like you have a boost leak and the early 05' trucks have the plastic endtank CAC's. That or your turbo is caput.

Try running 3 or 5 at 99% just to note egts. Not real sure why you would run 9 at 55.

it allows me to dial it up at will and much more drivable around town turned down. egts were good till yesterday have been driving around at 9 and 55 for weeks now and no trouble.

I agree with Rye... take it down to 3 or even stock and try it.

10 psi boost at cruising seems very high as well. 4 is closer to norm.

6 psi fuel pressure before cp3 from a stock pump at cruise is fine as well. As long as you have positive pressure, that is enough.
