can you hide the front wheel bearing hub nut with no center caps on the stock wheel? will any aftermarket caps work or do the caps for aftermarket rims fit only the aftermarket wheels they come with. the reason im asking is because i want to run nice chrome lug nuts without the center caps on black painted wheels and i hate the way the nut looks.

 

paint the nut black too.

 

yeah i know but it would look sweet covered up i was thinkin about it last night can you slip something behind the rim and lock it in place with like a lip of some sort and then bolt the rim back on? or will it make the rim not be centered? you know what i mean
