Everyone.......take a step back from the keyboard and count to ten.
All the anger on this forum could have been totally eliminated if Snopczynski had CALLED the vendor instead of passing notes back and forth in this thread.
If Snopczynski wanted to keep others out of the conversation, he should have used a non-public method of information transfer.
The vendor seems to be trying to "Go outside the 9 dots" to try to accomodate a very demanding "entitled" customer.
Short-Notice Drop-Dead dates may cause frustration for BOTH parties involved.
I suggest this be either resolved via PM or a phone call.

How about this, you guys stop posting in this thread and let me ask this guy a (admin edit for language) question. So far I have been trying to get a replacement harness and loop back connector for a wrecked vehicle for over 10 days. God forbid someone took the one out of an unsold kit in the warehouse and billed my credit card. Then shipped it to an already established Quadzilla customer who needs one for a trip pulling his trailer 700 miles next weekend. So, until your in the situation, you calm down and mind your own **** business.
