A tacky Indiana track last night.
I didnt light the tires when I launched and it started to bite hard and hop..........
BOOM!

Drove about 80 miles home in front wheel drive.

And to think these backwards sanctioning bodies still require driveshaft loops!

did the same thing on my 7600 international. little spin little hop and it was all over.

and i also found out that driveshaft is very sharp when that happens!

Well it hopped once or twice and it kicked loose.
If you watch the video closely the frame/bed flexes by several inches.

What it felt like:
Well I felt the pop of the u joint.
Then it felt like the T case yoke and the driveshaft were having a cage match under the bed.
I got it shut down in about 1 second but it was like an eternity. Sort of the slow motion time thing when something bad happens!
