Shane has had good luck with AP bumpers! I think he said he hit a deer at 90+ and the bumper only bent down slightly. He said he bent it back up and your couldnt tell any difference.

 

I would paint the bumper and flares blue(body color) and then paint the grill and shell black to match the hood and top half of truck.

 

Same blue as the top of the truck!

Black bumper with black flares...all blue on the bottom would be too much, it needs to be broken up in my opinion. Plus it would balance out the black on top and look KILLER!! even if you decided to paint the grill and rear bumper, those would both need to be black. I dont think black grill and top and blue bumper/flares would look very good...the flares and bumper would throw it off itd just be too much blue
