help with ebay turbo

i found this on ebay and was wondering if i could make it work for my truck

i have a 03 ho 6spd

Wrong exhaust manifold flange.

thanks for the info is the flange to big like a t4 or t6 sorry i dont know right off hand

The flange that we have on our trucks is a "rectangle" not square like is in the picture.
