I had no issues installing this on my truck. However, when I went to select the Tow/Economy mode, it told me to turn the key to "Run", and has just sat there on that screen for the past half hour. Is it frozen? If so, do I leave it or unplug it, or what?

Need my truck to pick up my trailer and winterize it today....
