Has anyboby bought these heated wipers from Genos? Do you like them? I'm thinking of purchasing a pair but would like to know how they perform. Thanks.

 

Got just one heated blade for the drivers side, left the passenger side stock. It works as advertised, during the recent snow and ice storms here in the NE you could see that the wiper blade didn't pick up any ice, the passenger side did.

But, I'm not thrilled with the silicon blade they use, it doesn't clear the windshield that well in the rain, it seems to leave a film on the surface that is annoying at night. Couple that with the lousy headlights and you find your visabilty impaired. I know it's the blade because the passenger side is crystal clear...

One other thing, the heated blade doesn't stop the wiper arm from freezing I think if the arm froze up the blade isn't going to help much.

Just my 2 cents....I'm holding off on the other side till I get thru a few more storms.

No, not worth it, you are better off with regular winter blades with the rubber cover over the arm..
