I want to do a twin setup and I was wondering how you guys do the stud install. Do you need to redo the gasket or change out the bolts one at a time retourqeing as you go?

 

When I did my studs, I just pulled them out one at a time and installed the studs. Just follow the torque sequence, you'll have to install them break the lose and re torque a few times before you go out driving hard, the torque them a final time after a week or so. Its a lot of work but its better than popping the gasket. I was sore for days afterwards!
