My Bro just bought a set of 4 of the black hummer rims. His Ram is gray. Looking at your hummer pics. I think the black rims on a gray truck would look SICK. He's gonna paint the brake calipers red afterwards. I think it's gonna look good after the transformation is done . Ill try to take some pics to show you after it's done.

That does sound like a good combo, definetly get some pics.

anyone think about using different lugnuts on these rims? arent the ones on the H2 flange type nuts and out truck nuts are crown set? Aluminum wheels usually have the flange typ I thought? any need to be concerned? any one have problems? I think mine are fine behind the hubcaps

the h2 uses the same standard lug nuts with a cone seat like the rest of gm's trucks do... our lugs are also a cone seat... they use 14mm-1.5 and we use 9/16"-18 so the lug nuts are not interchangeable

I'm using the lugnuts that came with my truck with no issues.

that is more or less what i was trying to say... the dodge oem lugs will work with the h2 wheels... the gm lugs won't fit the threads of our dodges

Center caps fit perfect with a little tweaking. 7/8" off of the chrome ring and grind a little off of the tabs that hold it onto the lugnuts.

Those tires and caps look good. Where did you get the caps? Are those wheels painted or powerdercoated?

capncrunch, I see you are already selling those wheels on E-Bay. Did you decide not to modify them?

Ebay? Thats not me.
I just finally got around to putting the new wheels on the truck tonight. No problems with the modifications and fit, they look great. The combo seems to work well with my 3.73's and 6spd.

On another note: for those looking to buy H2 wheels/tires, forget Ebay. I almost bought a set through Ebay, then one night I saw an H2 with new 20" rims. I left a note on the windshield asking if they still had their old wheels and if they wanted to sell. Next day I got a call, the guy had never considered trying to sell them he was just going to store them away. To make a long story short, he said make me a offer, so... $400 CDN and I took them home.
