Alright, finally got the Smarty Sr., and after a week I already see that I'm going to have to upgrade my tranny. Summer months I'll be towing 13000#, winter, only 4000#, but I like running it hard.

I'm towing on SW 3, but tried SW4 and actually got better fuel mileage, I'm going out tomorrow and am going to try 5, BUT....................

I've got a tendency to like slamming it off the line, fish tailing and such, like "gunning it" at 60-70 mph, so I'm going to need a tranny.

So what to get, as well as the above, I would like to do some boosted launches, go to the track a few times a year, and "play around in the streets. I'm going to start building to 600HP, but I think I would like a tranny goo to 800HP or so( I know myself too well), and want reliability.

What other things am I going to have to upgrade as to reduce the possibilities of major damage? Drive shaft? Other items?

Sorry, but that's not going to happen. I am safe, make sure there is no one around, no cars, etc, no that hard to do as I'm in Montana, very rare occasion as well.

Just like to get the the strip, don't take things too literally.
