Got new boots, 41's on 20's w/ pics

Got some new rubber for the rig. 41" Michelin XZL military tires on 20" MKW M28's. The tires are supposed to be bulletproof so I will be ticked if I get a flat in the bush, lol. The wife is 5'6" for reference. I hope to have a chance to test them out soon.

I love it. They are the perfect width too. I cant stand tires that look as wide as they are tall. That is one slick truck mudslinger.

thanks guys, yah Shane like you said before the boots were too small. I am amazed at the turning radius with the setup, it turns way tighter than the 37's on stockers. So far the clearance seems great!

I lucked onto the tires at a local shop.Someone ordered them for a Superduty and waited a long time to find out that they didn't fit. They were sitting in the back waiting for a new home when I came along... They gave me a killer deal too. After a little more puttering around this setup turns tighter than my 35's on the stock wheels, I can go lock to lock, where the tires would rub the control arms with the 35's. The arms are part of the RockKrawler suspension, they have to be beefy as I don't have leafs anymore, but haven't lost tow capacity.

Transformer

Mudslinger,
That bad boy looks good!

When my kid saw the pictures of your truck, he asked me if it was a "Transformer truck"...he continue "like the one on your magazine" (I had showed him the Front cover of the current TRUCK TREND with a transformer truck)

Your truck looks great. What size are those tires? Are they new retreads?
