I have not met a powerstroke, propane or not, that held a candle, the only thing close is a duramax with more upgrades than the allison can handle. I am not super modified. Still running a single turbo for heaven sake!!

I am not arguing that, I am just saying that it takes alot more $$$ to make a ford super strong and hold together. I am sure that there are several powerjokes around that are alot stronger than my truck, I just haven't had the pleasure of meeting one yet.
By the way, what mods do you have on your truck tonsOtorque? and where are you located?

I'm not arguing either...You know why, if it's got a diesel, it's my kind of rig. Doesn't matter who makes it or what shakes it. I drive a Furd, my Buddies drive Duramaxs and Cummins trucks and we all get along fine. Some are faster some are slower, but you know what, I ain't maken excuses and I ain't callin their stuff junk just because they decided to buy a different brand than me.

Besides, what's living without choices........?

Ilove this **** truck though.

We had an 04 Ford 6.0 and an 04.5 Dodge 325 run against each other at the last test and tune night that we had. Both trucks were autos and bone stock. The Ford took the race by about a half truck length.

It don't matter, cause I think the rams better lookin.....

Yea, the torqueshift automatic makes up a lot for the loss of low end torque the 6 liter lacks. I will say that if DC ever puts a similar tranny behind the Cummins that package will be a Gem.

The torqueshift has six forward gears and six servos. But it only uses 5 forward gears in its forward shifting strategy, but will often split a gear during certain situations when towing or driving.

Pretty cool huh....?

I still like my manual.

What the 6 liter does extremely well is balance the lowend torque (only with the auto) and high reving horsepower avaliable in the V8 configuration......

Do I want to own one, no. Do I like it better than the Cummins, no. But as a package the Fords are just hard to beat.....

The torqueshift is having alot of problems with planatary gears jumping out sometimes out of the housing. I'll stick with my manual.
