Got the 305s on

I got the 305 BFGs put on today.

Does anyone know how much height these added to my truck? I am thinking about 1inch 1.5 inches?

Looks good! you don't have a leveling kit or anything, huh? does it rub at all? how does it drive, etc...! there is a guy on my ship with an '06 2500 with the Hemi and he has the BFG 315s on his truck and it sits MUCH higher than my truck...SERIOUSLY looks like he has a small lift on it and that is without a leveling kit as well...so i would give you an inch or so...I plan on measuring the bottom of the wheel wells on all 4 corners before I do tires just so i can see where it put me...

They ran me $250 because i got like $800-something for the michelins on there. If you call Michelin they will give you a full credit for the LTX A/S because of sidewall cracking. Took me about 10 minutes and i have 4 new BFGs.

If you have the stock tires im sure you do. spray some tire shine on the fronts and look real close to the rim. i bet they are there. then just take it to a discount tire. i went to 3 places before i found a guy willing to help.

When you say "a guy willing to help" do you mean, he just didn' want to hassle with contacting Michelin or was upset because he was dropping off 5 new BFG 305s to a customer for $250 (I'm assuming you DID change out the spare as well, right? I have never magnifying glassed my tires, though I'm sure I should have...but if I DON'T have the cracking, I'm sure that they aren't going to honor giving me five new tires at just the difference price in what is already on it, ya know?

I just called a Discount Tire by my house and they said that the cost of those tires is $347 per? That is EXPENSIVE, isn't it? A man can get Toyo M/Ts for that kinda loot...

Geez...what the heck you reckon they can justify charging more than a HUNRED dollars per tire more over here for? I mean, I understand it's SoCal, but it's tires, not fuel we're talking here.
