Good east Texas diesel shop
Backstory: With my child support payments almost fulfilled, I had been thinking of buying a new truck. This past weekend the idea hit me to just bite the bullet, go to the bank and get the cash I need to give my truck a good workover and still save 25 or 30k.
What I want to do is find a good reputable shop (with you guys help) that I could take my truck to and have injectors, goerand trans put in, and a few other goodies done, maybe even a cam put in it also. Can any of you give me some help on what shops you can take your truck to and have a solid build done that will last?
I'm not looking to have it really smoking but getting 400 to 450 on the ground would be nice and still keep it's reliability and add a few mpg to it. I already have a garret stage 2 on it. Thanks for the info in advance.

Very true. I don't mind driving a few hours and I figured I'd have to leave it for a week or two to get all the work done but I will sure look relentless up. Thanks for the info.
