I hate to say it but I am glad it's DONE FOR!!!
if anybody needs a trans it's Shane...he tows big everyday...now you can load smarty #9 and actually use ALL the power from the Smarty and the twins and the new trans
it's gonna be SWEET!!!

It is kind of a sad day when you can't talk about the STOCK TRANNY anymore.
I have no idea how you didn't kill it 15-20K ago, but now its time for bigger better things!!!

Sorry to hear about the trans, but I was wondering when that would go. I've certainly heard of HTS, lotta people like them (I've never used them) but I sure like Goerand's service. It was just hard to get hold of him the first time (they put you on a 'call back' list after talking to you, I talked with Les) I started calling early in AM, right after they opened, got through like 2nd time I called, but when I left messages later in day, didn't get a call back. Once you talk to somebody, you'll be set.....I like that Dave's shop has like 5 people working in it (I believe) most everything is done in house, I think that's why the final product is so 'tight'.
At least it sounds like you won't have to worry about the decision of "Should I upgrade the trans, or just get a new one?"

I talked with Dave last year about a tranny. I held on to the funds and decieded to go a little farther. This year it is getting done, period. I will be calling him in March. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!
