Goerend parts... what's the deal?

I've left messages with them everyday for the last 4 days. I want to order a torque convertor and valve body. One would think that you would call people back who want to spend money with you.....

Is there a different number than the one on the web site or some kind of secret handshake

He'll get back to you. Good things come to those who wait.

The nice thing is that once you get his full attention you will have it until the job is done. I think that's why he sometimes takes a little longer to initially get back to new customers.

Might seem a little backwards to some, but that's really the way it should be if you're limited on time. Many people these days would much rather take new customers money instead of worrying about the existing ones that might have issues/problems/questions.

I called about a month ago, called back and left messages. Gave up, and went with DTT, still haven't received a call back. Really wanted Dave to do the work, I was even going to drive to Iowa, but if I cant event talk to him, whats a guy to do? Felt like I was waiting for a meeting with the pope.
