Install And Torque Drain Tube Onto Turbo Before Installing Turbo Onto Manifold/engine!!!

if its like the ps 62
you gotta pull the studs from the manifold too
they get re used as bolts if I remember right

For the ATS manifold.
We cut metric bolts and used them as studs and nutted both ends.
Worked great.

I could not get my turbo mated to the manifold with the studs in
I farted around for an hour thinking it was like the horseshoe puzzle, just had to get in that right position. finally pulled the studs and all was well

We did it Laredo style. I couldn't find manifold gaskets locally, so we swapped the turbo without moving the manifold. We took off the passenger side motormount, and used a forklift to lean the engine over to the driver's side to make room. I couldn't figure out how to use the studs and nuts given, so I used bolts we found laying around. Heh.
