GDP Ladder Bars...
Yesterday I recieved my ladder bars in the mail. I couldn't wait to get them on the truck. It took my exactly 1 hour to install. It's a simply bolt on job. With two people you could swing it in 45 minutes, no sweat.
The bars are AWESOME. The design, contruction, and installation of the bars are perfect.
I'm sure you guys are wanting to know how they work on the street... I never would've believed ladder bars increase traction like these do. One of the roads that I travel on everyday is very bumpy for about an 1/8th mile after I turn off of the highway. In the past I had to drive less than 1/4 throttle to keep from bouncing and breaking the back tires loose... not anymore! You can feel the bumps still but it just pulls through it without losing a bit of traction. I'm still all smiles and I've only had them for 24 hours!!! It glues the tires to the road.
I will post up video soon of the bars pivoting when the rear axle gets flexed. I had my girlfriend pull through a ditch last night as I watched.
I took pictures with my camera phone. These will do until I get home and take better ones with the digital.

I use photobucket. You upload them and it does all the work for you. Just copy and paste then.
Another way is to right click on a photo, click on properties. Then copy the "address". Then put after it.
Or put them in the photo gallery on the site.

I had Richard's powercoater do it for me. I'm 99% sure black is the standard color.
I've already been pm'd on how to attach the passenger side bar to the axle because of the E-Brake line.
I pulled the bracket towards the front of the truck about 1/2 inch. Then I put the axle mount on the axle then attached the bar with the e-brake line in the middle. I'll attach a photo so it makes sense
