I just think it is strange that it does it at the same psi. When it hist 32 it drops to about 25 and wont climb. It is a pretty loud hissing noise.

Are you sure your not hearing the turbo whisle. If I'm empty, and get on it, I'll get to 32 or so, then it will drop off slightly like you describe. I guess it figures it dosent need all that boost empty and the wastegate does its thing. Just a thought.

Well with the AFE Stage II(ie torque tube), you are definitely going to hear sounds that you did not hear before. They will sound different to everyone, hissing or whining or such.
It is normal for the boost to spike to about 32-34psi and then drop at least to the higher 20s on a stock 600.
It almost sounds normal to me.

I installed my gauges and Xzilla today and everything went smooth. I took me all day because I'm so **** everything had to be just right!! Haven't had much seat time yet but the little I did get was fun. I know I can hit 1350*-1400* on WOT in 60hp and 100hp settings. I also noticed that my boost will hit 37-38, didn't notice if it dropped like yours does though. I'll get some more time in it this week and report back. All in all I'm happy with all that I did, everything looks good and went together easily. Thanks to Kyle for hooking me up and answering all my ???'s

Ok, I am certainly no expert on any of this. But I have been playing with different boxes and configurations for about 6 or 7 months now.

You need to fill out your signature with all truck info. If you have a 2005 HO 610, I have read that there are slight differences on the 2005 HO 610 compared to the 04.5 HO 600. A few pounds of boost difference could easily be explained by this. Also I see Pull U 2 has 4.10 gear. This can create slightly difference loads when compared to a 3.73 gear. Location of the boost fitting in the intake could also explain small variances.
My 04.5 HO 600 with the XZillaraider on 60hp and 100hp setting will spike to 42-43psi boost and stay there. On stock setting it will spike to 34psi and drop to about 28-30 and slowly back down on wot.
With the Juice/Attitude on 100hp setting my EGTs never exceeded 1350*. The Xzillaraider on 100hp setting will push EGTs to 1475* on sustained wot. Every truck seems to vary some. Even location can add to the variance.
Just my .02.

Ram when it goes back down do you hear it or just see it? I still think I have a leak. I think I am going to drive it to Washington to have Kyle check it out It is driving me nuts.

Well you certainly can have a leak. I dont really hear what sounds like a hiss when the boost level drops. I had my gauges installed by performance shop people when I first bought the truck. I just did not feel comfortable doing it myself. I am glad I did. Now I am pretty sure I would not have a problem. Never hurts to have another experienced set of eyes on anything.
Good luck.

Guys from www.hotroddiesels.com, Curtis and Michael. I think they still have my gauge install pics on the web site. Michael has a 11.7sec 1/4 mile work truck.

This is a link to my DTW gauge install gallery. There are many posts with information on gauge installs. Most of the vendors that sell gauge packages will provide any help and information you need.
