I would like to by some new Road Armor or ARB bumpers, but they are out of my price range. I do like having a bumper that I can use for touching things occasionally w/o messing up my bumper. Does someone make a functional tubular bar that I can bolt on in from of the stock bumper?

i have never seen tube style bolt on over the stock bumper types work well when "touching" things. I would save the $$ and buy a good bumper if you are worried about it.

 

x2... most bolt on bull bars, push bars, etc. are just for looking pretty.

 

I suppose you could get a grill guard. The welding shop I work in is a dealer for Ranch Hand and we just put one on the boss's new truck. It looks pretty stout. Although, the price of a good grill guard isn't much cheaper than a full Ranch Hand replacement (if you buy it on ebay). I'd save your money and get the full bumper.

i've seen someplaces (like the ranch hand dealer on ebay) will give you money for your oem bumper. but shipping the bumper to them from where ever your at may negate the savings
