Fueling problem? Video

Ok I went to the track to make some runs. Before i had DDP 110 sticks, now I have flux 3.5's (powered by a floor it stage II+). My old time was a 12.28, I only managed a 12.7 this time and was hoping for a very high 11. The track was just resurfaced so it was extremly slick and I had some bad traction problems but it doesnt seem to be smoking much at all with my combo(crazy larry and EZ on 3) My GDP is set to 25PSI and idle and drops about 10PSI then rises a little. I have a HY9 on top of a S400, shouldnt i be getting more smoke?
one of the two links should work...

yeh get rid of the crazy larry, and get the new smarty tnt race tune, then you will be were you want, and you wont need the ez either.

I'm not sure if its my pump. John said it should support the injectors, but after a call to GDP today they think its my GFS-392 comp. lift pump. They told me I need to step it up to their raptor. No clue on the rail pressure, i got the quad fuel/rail pressure gauge but after getting it and trying several different things I couldn't get the fuel pressure to work so i threw the pos away.

Your at your limit With your pump and your stix. you need to find out what your rail readings are..

The walbro will support upwards 700 hp unless you have some sort of restriction???

You will like the Raptor!

I was wondering why you were seeing a 10 psi drop in lift pump pressure?

Mine did not drop 2 psi at similar power levels???

The CP3 pump does become the restriction. It doesnt matter how much fuel you put to the CP3, there becomes a point where the CP3 cant push any more fuel. That is when you get the rail starting to drain. A good scanner will show you your actual rail pressure vs command rail pressure. So basically it tells you what it is looking for and what it is getting. This will tell you if you need more CP3 pump.

I was seeing the same type of drop with my walbro... set at 32psi and at WOT drops to 20-22psi.. (which coincides with max flow rate on the curve chart)

I am lost...

I could drain the rail with a stage 2 and never lose lift pump pressure/volume.

So you may have 1 or 2 problems... 10 psi of drop out of a Wlabro seems too much...so weak pump...too many restrictions...poor pick up...etc etc...

You will need a DRB or a good rail gauge to check rail pressure to see if your CP3 is keeping up.

What version of Crazy Larry is it? The same one shane is running? I've got Scarry Larry and will be buying a smarty soon if you want to give either of them a try.

I take it that was at the track on Saturday? I wanted to go so bad but can't ever get the time off work.

My injectors are only half the size, but, my LP pressure doesn't drop at all. It's set higher than yours, at 38psi at idle, but stays there at WOT.

John's stage 2 has put numerous trucks over 700hp with large injectors. If the pump is operating correctly, he should not need more cp3 for his set up.

I've ran the program shane has but went back to the newest crazy larry version after some problems I had. I do want to try the smarty though, not on a dyno but on a track (could care less about the numbers a machine puts out, i want to see the times!!).

Thats what I was thinking, the II+ CP3 may be border line but it shouldnt have that much of a problem. To those of you with the same injectors/pump do you see more smoke then I do(if you have a S-400/B2 or similiar).
