Honestly when I first went Fass it was the only thing available. Walbro pumps didn't come into being till a major stir the pot happened. I have to agree if I was a new cummins owner I would go wally pump. But and a major butt is Fass paved the way and has proven itself. Glacier is a excellent system. The whole point is for the overall health of the common rail fuel injected system either is better than stock...agree?

FASS was reliable....i can give it that.

the Walbro has been reliable AND super quiet...like can't even hear it.

(yes i did experience a problem with my glacier kit but that problem was caused by my buddies and myself....the glacier was not at fault)

just for more ideas my tarleton friend (duallydog)....AirDog has a great set up too.

Just installed my Glacier 392 and BLK two days ago super easy and quiet. Had to get under truck to make sure it was on. Woke my truck up from stock. Walbro gets my vote.

I've decided to go with GDP over FASS for no other reason than GDP has a phone number on their website and FASS doesn't. I HATE buying products from a company that will not take your phone calls.

Besides that, I've heard the FASS has a very loud pump and can be heard inside the cab over the motor. I also liked the fact that Richard at GDP had nothing bad to say about any of the competitors. That's always a plus in my book.

$378 shipped for the 392 and the BLK?? I paid $481 for the 391, the vent kit, and the inline strainer...Who did you buy through?? Cause on GDP for the 05 its $489 just for the 392 kit??

i went through a guy at vulcan it had every part that i needed for the kit draw straw, pressure spring, pump relay, fuel return, and vulcan big line kit tank to CP3 with the tapped 90 elbow for fuel pressure sensor. it has been running great on my truck. it was a guy's number given to me by geno's garage for someone at vulcan cause i had questions about the big line kit for the '05. guy was great to deal with even said to call him over the weekend if i had problems installing the kit.

OK so it wasnt the 392 kit? So you had to buy everything seperately and make the kit yourself I assume? Either way thats a heck of a deal even if you did have to buy everything and make the kit yourself!
