Fuel pressure banjo bolt

Anyone know where I could find a tapped banjo locally? Plumbing store? NAPA?

Look in the phone book for hose supply houses and they should be able to direct you. Doubt that you will find them at a typical auto parts store but maybe at a performance shop.

just be sure to debur and thoroughly get all the chips out of the fitting.

also notice the wall thickness of the fitting, and how much you are going to remove by drilling and tapping. i was able to leave 0.090" wall thickness after i was done.
the pressure is low(under 20psi) so no worries.

Couple more questions... are you just drilling until you hit the hollow part of the fitting? Im only putting in an 1/8" NPT tap so I think there should be plenty of meat left.

yes i just drilled until i went through. you arent trying to flow any volume through there, so a small hole will be just fine.
1/8" will leave plenty of meat...
