Can someone tell me the factory fuel pressure for an 05 ctd , and what effect the xzt box does in relation to safe pressures? or is this particular box not enough to worry about for day to day driving to work and occasionally towing 10,000 lbs. Thanks

 

Fuel pressure is anywhere from 40MPa to 160MPa on the rail.

Your xzt box will not go over I don't think. If it does, the DBV will trip and send the excess to the fuel filter housing.

Now the race box is another story.

 

I very seriously doubt the Quad box runs high railpressures, at all. I'm running a good 90hp from railpressure alone.
